Omg this is one of my favorite dishes. They don't know how to make it over here though lol. Homemade is always better!
I went to Thailand 5 times and this is my favorite Thai dish. What you did is great - I would add to it stinky pickled crab or even raw soft shell crab, Makok fruit and the salty egg yolk from those Chinese salted boiled eggs. I usually add 4 egg yolks as the fat cuts thru the sour quite well. Roasted cashew goes well on the top too.
The salad is amazing. Great job! I have one request if at all possible you could make green chicken curry which I remember eating in Northern Thailand. thanks for all the great videos
